The staff here were friendly and helpful, always available for questions, and the location is great, right by the highway, close to the Harvest Jazz and Blues festival.

The location was quiet and great, for example, Carman Creek Golf Course was relatively close to the hotel. Central heating, a work desk and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels were available in my double room.
Their staff were scary.

The room was clean. Bed were not bad.
Needs to be update and painted. The room smelt of stale cigarette smoke probably needs new carpeting.

The price was cheap.
Bugs, ants, patrons calling prostitutes in the middle of the night.

It had rooms available.
It was run-down, grubby, and did not have many of the in-room facilities that it claimed to on its website: no coffeemaker, no microwave, no minifridge, and no breakfast included. After i asked, i was given a microwave. The room was tiny, with burn marks on the bedspread and a phone that rang without reason.

Traffic to get to the hotel was bad, it's on the other side of the river from Fredericton centre. There was noone in the Front Office when we arrived. When she finally came out, she kept excusing herself. The pictures of the motel and 3 star rating are misleading. Motel was on a busy frontage road and s/b only 1 star. The air conditioning was very loud. There were no light covers on the cfl light fixture. Beds were lumpy. Bathroom tiles were not really tiles, but a sticker that looks like tiles. The carpeting is old and "sticky". Traffic during the night was loud. I would not go back to this motel. My Mother described our stay at Norfolk Motel as the worst thing about our trip to Canada.

The fellow that signed me in noticed that I looked tired so he moved my room to the back to minimize the road noise. That was appreciated.
Your hotel is reasonably priced, the bedding was clean, the bathroom was clean. It is a reasonable place to stop on the journey. I notice that you are working on advertising and getting your name known as a hotel in the Fredricton area. Good for you, otherwise I probably wouldn`t have considered your hotel. Would I recommend it? If you are travelling through and only want a place to sleep I would mention the Norfolk Hotel.
